I'm thinking that 5 were removed during the course of the show but I may be forgetting one: Henry Hot Lips Ronnie Howard USO Girl (Gail Edwards) Hawkeye took appendix from officer after drugging him and BJ was upset about it. Was there any more?

Radar had them taken out offscreen, it's being mentioned by either Henry or Hawkeye.
