M*A*S*H is headed to Hulu

No details yet on whether the eps will be available in HD or if we'll have the option of watching with or w/o the laugh track. My guess would be "no" to both. :/

As I said before, Hulu used to be good back when it was a free service and pretty much nothing more than an alternative to YouTube: you could watch full episodes of rare shows without having to pay (but you did have to sit through commercials); it's how I discovered a lesser-known, later-period Sid & Marty Krofft show, D.C. FOLLIES: sort of a cross between CHEERS and SNL set in a D.C. pub with Fred Willard as the barkeep and the patrons all puppet caricatures of celebrities and politicians (including then-President Reagan).

Then Hulu decided they wanted to compete with Netflix, so they ended up becoming a pay subscription service, and now they suck.

I'm not a Hulu user, but I did like when MASH was available on Netflix. It was just a little easier to pull up on Netflix rather than find and load a DVD.
I don't understand syndication and how shows are selected, but I did notice that MASH seems to be available more widely now than, say, a year ago. It's now on TV Land, AMC, WGN, and now Hulu.
