In the future I'm planning on adding a "report" feature where you can more easily report a questionable message/topic. The off topic board is open to most discussions IF THEY CAN BE KEPT CIVIL. My email address is plastered all over the site, so you should be able to email me if there is a problem. I won't ban people lightly though. This is meant to be a friendly environment, though I would hope everyone realizes that disagreements will happen as in the rest of life. There should be no need for personal attacks, regardless whether the discussion is M*A*S*H, politics, religion, or something else. If you're not willing to accept others for who they are - whether they're religious or atheist, Republican, Democrat or something else - then please post somewhere else. At my discretion, I will ban posters as I did with Lucy. She repeatedly changed names and made numerous personal attacks, despite warnings.

Considering you've got things keeping you busy, like life, among other things, maybe you could consider some assistance around here to help you keep an eye on things, like a moderating staff perhaps; most forums have to have them anyway, BCA could probably benefit from an extra moderator or two.

David Long View Profile Posted: 10/10/2012 1:31:41 AM	Unfortunately even if I wanted to make someone else a moderator right now, I have no way of doing so. This message board is home-made and I didn't include any user-friendly pages for deleting/updating messages, which means right now only I can easily do that. Adding functionality like that would take time. I've been dropping in a bit more lately to delete threads that are out of place or get out of hand. Again, if someone has an issue with a message then email me about the particular message.

When and IF the time ever prevails, when you get back to editing your site would you make it so YOUR messages go to all parts of the board at one time? I almost didnt see this message. It wouldnt hurt either if your font was unique in color and type, totally different from us lackies, which would make general announcements stand out and easily be seen. i know, more to add to your already heaping list of to-do's, right? thanks for the site!
