Twas the Day After Christmas

When Potter asks the camp about trying the Boxing Day tradition of trading places (officers w/enlisted), just about all the camp cheers in agreement. Charles stands up and asks "All opposed?" and there is silence. Yet moments later, after Potter announces that Klinger will be temporary C.O., Margaret says to Potter something along the lines of "This is a terrible idea." Why didn't she speak up when Charles did?
